A Transform operation applies provided ElementTransformer(s) to the provided Iterable of Elements, and returns an Iterable. If only one group is to be queried, simply provide that group and the relevant ElementTransformer. For multiple groups, a Map of Edges, or Entitys to their relevant ElementTransformers can be provided.

Operation implementations should ensure a ShallowClone method is implemented. Performs a shallow clone. Creates a new instance and copies the fields across. It does not clone the fields. If the operation contains nested operations, these must also be cloned.
